All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, Mystery in a Box does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each box is curated and prepared specifically for fulfillment, so we're unable to offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. Please review your cart carefully — including sizing, quantities, and shipping address — before completing checkout, as we begin processing orders shortly after purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale, including but not limited to:

• Mystery boxes and their contents
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
